hadousupply.com · Last updated: September 2, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains what information hadousupply.com ("Hadou Supply," "we," "us," or "our") collects when you visit our website or place an order, how we use that information, who we share it with, and the choices you have. By using this site or placing an order, you agree to the practices described here.

Questions about this policy or your information? Email support@hadousupply.com. We respond to privacy requests within 45 days.

1. Who This Policy Applies To

This site is intended for customers located in the United States and for individuals 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly market to, sell to, or collect personal information from anyone under 18. If we learn that we have collected information from a person under 18, we will delete it. If you believe a minor has provided us information, contact support@hadousupply.com.

We do not currently offer sales or shipping outside the United States. This policy is written to U.S. federal and state privacy law and is not intended to describe rights under the EU GDPR, UK GDPR, or similar non-U.S. frameworks.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Information You Give Us

  • Order and contact information: name, shipping address, billing address, email address, and phone number.
  • Order details: items purchased, size and condition selected, order value, and order history.
  • Customer service communications: the content of emails, messages, return requests, and any photos or documents you send us.
  • Marketing preferences: your email and SMS subscription status and consent records.
  • Account information (if you create an account): your login email and password, which is stored in encrypted form.

2.2 Payment Information

Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. When you check out, your card number, expiration date, and security code are collected and processed directly by Stripe under Stripe’s own privacy policy. We do not receive, store, or have access to your full payment card number. We receive only a transaction record, the payment status, the card brand, and the last four digits of the card for order reconciliation, refunds, and fraud review.

2.3 Information Collected Automatically

  • IP address and approximate location derived from it (city or region level).
  • Device type, operating system, browser type, and screen resolution.
  • Pages viewed, products viewed, time on page, referring website or ad, and links clicked.
  • Cart activity, including items added to cart and carts that are not completed.
  • Cookie, pixel, and device identifiers assigned to your browser or device.

3. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We and our analytics and advertising partners use cookies, pixels, tags, and similar technologies to operate the site, remember your cart, measure traffic, and deliver and measure advertising. The technologies in use on this site are:

  • Essential cookies — required for the cart, checkout, and account login to function. These cannot be turned off.
  • Google Analytics 4 (GA4) — measures site traffic, traffic sources, and on-site behavior so we can improve the store.
  • Meta Pixel — operated by Meta Platforms, Inc. (Facebook and Instagram). Records site visits, product views, and purchases so we can measure advertising performance and show ads to you and to similar audiences on Meta properties.
  • Klaviyo — associates your browsing and purchase activity with your email or phone number so we can send relevant email and SMS messages, including abandoned-cart reminders.

Most browsers let you block or delete cookies through their settings. Blocking essential cookies will prevent checkout from working. Blocking analytics and advertising cookies will not affect your ability to shop. See Section 8 for additional opt-out controls, including Global Privacy Control.

4. How We Use Your Information

  • To process, fulfill, ship, and confirm your orders, and to issue refunds.
  • To provide customer service and respond to your questions, returns, and claims.
  • To detect, investigate, and prevent fraud, chargeback abuse, and other unauthorized activity.
  • To send transactional messages, such as order confirmations, shipping notices, tracking updates, and return status.
  • To send marketing emails and text messages, where you have given the required consent.
  • To measure and improve site performance, merchandising, and the customer experience.
  • To deliver and measure advertising on Google and Meta properties, including retargeting site visitors and building similar audiences.
  • To calculate and remit applicable state and local sales tax.
  • To comply with our legal obligations and to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.

5. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information for money. We share it only as described below.

5.1 Service Providers

We share the information necessary for these vendors to perform services for us. They are contractually limited to using it for that purpose:

  • Stripe, Inc. — payment processing, fraud screening, and sales tax calculation.
  • ShipStation and USPS — name, shipping address, phone, and email for label creation, delivery, and tracking.
  • Klaviyo — email and SMS delivery, list management, and on-site behavioral tracking.
  • Hosting, security, and IT providers — infrastructure that runs the website and stores order records.

5.2 Analytics and Advertising Partners

We share online identifiers, device information, browsing activity, and purchase events with Google LLC (Google Analytics and Google Ads) and Meta Platforms, Inc. (Facebook and Instagram) so that we can measure our advertising and show ads to you. These companies process that data under their own privacy policies and may combine it with information they already hold about you.

Important: Under California, Colorado, Connecticut, and several other state privacy laws, this kind of advertising activity is treated as "sharing" for cross-context behavioral advertising, and in some cases as a "sale," even though no money changes hands. You have the right to opt out. See Section 9.

Google and Meta are the only advertising or analytics partners we share personal information with. We do not rent, trade, or otherwise disclose your information to data brokers, list vendors, or unrelated marketers.

5.3 Legal and Business Transfers

  • When required by law, subpoena, warrant, court order, or a government or regulatory request.
  • To enforce our Terms of Use and Terms of Sale, or to protect our rights, property, safety, or that of our customers.
  • To investigate suspected fraud, chargeback abuse, or violations of law.
  • In connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of all or part of our business, in which case customer information may transfer to the successor.

6. Email Marketing

If you subscribe, we may send promotional emails about new arrivals, restocks, discounts, and sales. Every marketing email contains an unsubscribe link. Unsubscribing stops marketing email but does not stop transactional messages about orders you have already placed.

7. SMS and Text Message Marketing

If you provide your mobile number and affirmatively opt in, we may send recurring marketing text messages, including order-related and promotional messages. The following terms apply:

  • Consent to receive marketing texts is not a condition of any purchase.
  • Message frequency varies. Typical volume is up to a small number of messages per week.
  • Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier’s standard charges apply to messages you send and receive.
  • To stop receiving texts, reply STOP to any message. You will receive one confirmation message and no further marketing texts.
  • For assistance, reply HELP to any message or email support@hadousupply.com.
  • Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

We retain records of your opt-in, including the date, time, and method of consent, as required by the Telephone Consumer Protection Act.

8. Your Choices

  • Marketing email: use the unsubscribe link in any message, or email support@hadousupply.com.
  • Marketing texts: reply STOP to any message.
  • Cookies: block or delete them in your browser settings.
  • Google Analytics: install the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
  • Meta advertising: adjust your ad preferences in your Facebook or Instagram account settings.
  • Global Privacy Control (GPC): we honor GPC signals sent by your browser or extension as a valid opt-out of sharing for targeted advertising for that browser.

9. State Privacy Rights

Residents of California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Utah, Texas, Oregon, Montana, and other states with comprehensive privacy laws may have some or all of the following rights, depending on their state of residence:

  • Right to know or access the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you, the sources, the purposes, and the categories of recipients.
  • Right to delete personal information we hold about you, subject to legal exceptions such as completing a transaction or keeping tax and fraud records.
  • Right to correct inaccurate personal information.
  • Right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information for targeted or cross-context behavioral advertising.
  • Right to non-discrimination for exercising any of these rights. We will not deny you service, charge you a different price, or provide a lesser quality of service because you exercised a privacy right.
  • Right to appeal a denial of your request, where your state law provides it.

9.1 Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information

To opt out of the sharing of your personal information for targeted advertising with Google and Meta, do any of the following: enable Global Privacy Control in your browser; use the "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" link in the site footer; or email support@hadousupply.com with the subject line "Do Not Sell or Share." Opting out will not affect your ability to shop or the price you pay.

9.2 How to Submit a Request

Email support@hadousupply.com with the subject line "Privacy Request." Tell us which right you are exercising and include the email address and, if applicable, the order number associated with your purchases so we can locate your records. We will verify your identity by matching the information you provide against our records, and may ask for additional confirmation before acting on a request to delete or disclose. An authorized agent may submit a request on your behalf with written proof of authorization.

We respond within 45 days and may extend once by an additional 45 days where permitted, with notice to you.

10. Data Retention

We retain order records, including name, address, contact details, and transaction history, for as long as needed to fulfill the order and thereafter for as long as required for tax, accounting, warranty, chargeback, and legal-defense purposes. Marketing contact records are retained until you unsubscribe and for a reasonable period afterward to honor your opt-out. Analytics and advertising identifiers are retained according to the retention settings of Google and Meta. Customer service correspondence is retained for a reasonable period after the matter is resolved.

11. Security

We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information, including encrypted transmission (TLS) across the site, tokenized payment handling through Stripe, access controls limiting staff access to order data, and password-manager-controlled credentials. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for keeping any account password confidential.

12. Third-Party Links

Our site may link to third-party websites, such as carrier tracking pages or social media profiles. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their privacy practices. Review their policies before providing information.

13. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top will change when we do. Material changes will be posted on this page. Continued use of the site after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.

14. Contact Us
